Your ETIS request must be made between 30 and 6 days prior to your flight to French Polynesia and each time you enter Polynesia.
Please note that you must delete your old valid application by clicking on « Manage my file » in order to fill out a new form.
Any person aged at least 6 years arriving by air from a region outside French Polynesia is required to pay a fixed contribution to the costs of health surveillance in the amount of 12,000 F CFP.
Any person aged at least 6 years arriving by air from a region outside French Polynesia, having been vaccinated according to a complete vaccination scheme, is required to pay a fixed contribution to health surveillance costs of 5,000 F CFP.
For the moment, these fees will not be applied to travellers and we will communicate when the online payment will be effective.
For travellers having stayed less than 15 days in French territory (except Guyana) or in the USA, in the United Kingdom or in a country of the green zone, before their departure towards French Polynesia, vaccinated or not.
If you completed the process and the platform displayed the message « Application in process » your application has been registered and an email has been generated by the platform. Please check your spam or junk mail folder or other folders in your inbox. The email may have been sent there because the .PF domain is unusual.
Otherwise, go to the « Manage my file » tab and enter your ETIS passport number and date of birth. You will then be able to access your ETIS file and return your receipt.

If the platform does not find your file, this means that your ETIS request has not been considered and that you must proceed with a new request.

The ETIS website will allow visitors to review and correct all of their data before submitting the final application, including the following data: identity and passport number. Once the application is submitted, it will only be possible to correct the information related to the dates of stay and travel itinerary. If the traveller has made a mistake in his or her personal information or commitments after submitting the application, the traveller must delete his or her ETIS record and fill out a new form. To do this, click on the « Manage my file » tab, enter your passport/ETIS number and date of birth, and select « Delete my ETIS application ».
Please note that the ETIS form can be filled out up to 6 days before your flight to French Polynesia.
Coverage of COVID-related costs: Travel insurance or financial guarantee (certified when registering via the ETIS platform).
Medical certificate: Not necessary when the tourist has a negative RT-PCR test.
No other alternatives to the RT-PCR test are recognized yet in FP.
Test: Mandatory for everybody, including infants.
Time to perform the test: Three full days before the flight (for example, if your flight is on Tuesday evening, the test cannot be performed prior to the previous Saturday).
